How to repair "4 times blinks" in 3650?
Step 1: Flash "CCSErasePMM25.03" flash file with Prodigy by select with MCU only (Cancel the PPM selection).
Step 2: Re flash phones firmware with Prodigy
Step 3: Unlock phones with Prodigy
Step 4: Restore "Full Factory Settings"
Step 5: Reformat User-data and wait for 3-6mins .
Step 6: Enter "Phone Info" and "Tune" phones network. Phone repaired!
