Changes and improvements from 4.44 to 4.42

1. Wrong Ringing tone name displayed after selection of new Ring Tone. This problem is now fixed.

2. Menu Item “Confirm Sim service actions” is no longer dim.

Changes and improvements from 4.42 to 4.01

- General improvements in call alert and vibra activities. This includes Ringing tones and vibra lost improvements.
- Increased MMS and WAP settings from 5 to 10. So for both MMS and WAP both have 10 setting set.
- Updated Mou-list with latest operator-names. Delta list is supplied below.*
- Making quick changes in Text Message Profile is now possible.
1st reset has been removed:
- Menu -> Messages -> Message settings -> Text messages
- Now repeatedly press "Select" (left softkey) quickly ==> Reset
