Henrich Sgu bfx tool 523 Repair Flash Needed urgent pls

i have a BG3 ot 332 dead , i try to flash it with many firmwares and in the end i get this result , Phone turn again to life every thing is ok , charge ok , but can't accept sim card , show message 'insert sim card' & the sim inside the phone , so please help me to repair this phone !
P.S , i have a good luck with Russian things
just this firmware turn it on !!
